Hello lads !!
Well I have been using RPM since their 1st generation, at the beginin was an amaizing kite I love its power, the way it loop, everything. One year and a half ago I blow my knee, surgery and the complete package.
One year ago I back to the water, but I seems I got tired of my RPM, tired of that much power , tired of the kite pulling me every single second and dont give me a break.etc.
A friend of me switch his rpm to chaos and told me to try it. Well I tryed many times and I like it a lot. very very similar to the RPM but it give you a break and much treatable kite, easier for the handles, and the loops and mega loops does not feel like you are going to die like the RPM.
Any one thinks the same or can give me their opinión.
thanks in advance , cheers !!

Hi.
In the exact same situation.
Tore my acl but have not had the surgery yet. In hard traing to see if i can go without the surgery.
I switched to ozone c4 because of the reason you are mentioning above.
The other reason was that the lineup did not fit me well.
Weighing 90kg a hade to use the 14/10 combo and the 14 kept on pulling me downwind on my best armada. The rpm 12 in 2012 is almost a 10 so I switched.
The c4 sits a big further up the wind window allowing me to easer go upwind as well as I find the kites to be better all-rounders. 13/9 combo is perfect.
I imagine the chaos will give you a bit less float than the rpm.
I loved the rpm 10 meter but even loving the c4 9m more.
Also a thing to add is that when kiting multiple days in a row on the rpm I lost skin in my hands.
The Bar was killing me! Do not lit below the bar depower.
Love the ozone bar.

Hey man,
Chaos is a sweet kite, and it won't let you down coming from the RPM. I think it's a more 'comfortable' kite, but definitely has the chops for aggressive riding. I'm very happy with the switch. Good luck...

good to Heard from you guys !!!
well im 80 kg I have been using a 10m rpm, winds here are between 18 and 25 knots.
I really love big loops, any one can compare the feeling or if its lighter landings with the chaos?
by the way, any place or website where I can get a good deal if I buy 2 kites
well thanks again and hope to get some good deals to switch.

Both kites are great loopers. Chaos picks you up really well on your way down... but so does the RPM.
It's been a year or two since I've been on an RPM, but from what I remember, the Chaos is slightly lighter in the bar- and a little less on/off in the sheeting.
Good luck. Can't go wrong...
