Last chance to register for the 2013 kiteracing world championships

The Cork OD regatta, starting today, marks the last event providing opportunity to qualify for the 2013 kiteracing world championships. The entry deadline is on Monday 26, 2013, and the best 120 men and 40 women will be selected thereafter.

As of today, the mens event is oversubscribed with 146 entries for 115 places freely available, and another 10 reserved for regional wildcards. The IKA has reserved 5 injury wildcards which will be given to the free places if not used.

The list of accepted entries will published on Tuesday August 27 and sailors informed if they received a starting place or if they have been placed on the waiting list.
