Plein Vent is a festival dedicated to the wind, kites, kite surfing, para-gliding, buggies, in fact anything that flies, moves or surfs powered just by the wind and you.

Houlgate, a small, historic Normandy town full of charm offers you, your family and your friends the opportunity of living your passion to the full.
So if you’re just looking for some fun far from the madding crowd and you’re not obsessed by competitions or stardom, then Plein Vent is the festival for you.

Check your gear, load the family in the car and head for the coast of Normandy.

Decoration of the town, and the wind will change the names of the streets

Championship of France of Stunt kite

Houlgate takes to the skies.
Launch of constructions (workshops and discovery)
