Hi all....

I know you probably get emails like this all the time. However I had a chance of doing a tiny bit of kitesurfing at the weekend and now I can't stop thinking about it! However since I'm a complete novice I've no idea what kit I need as a beginner i.e. what size and type of kite, type of board etc. I have got 4 years surfing experience and abit of windsurfing so I'm not a complete mongoose when it comes to the water.

Has anyone got any suggestions?

Lessons from a qualified instructor are a must. For your own safety and that of others, it is essential to get a proper start to the sport.

You and your instructor will figure out what equipment is appropiate. Pleasr make sure that safety is your number one priority. Good luck and have fun.
