Penang will mostly have good wind in March and April, about 10-15 knots, normally a seabreeze blowing from the NW direction. Hotel beaches in Tanjung Bungah should be okay to launch but beach space is limited as beaches are narrow. Never able to kite in the Batu Ferringhi resort area as wind is not consistant and seabreeze is weak. Otherwise, come over to Balok Beach in Kuantan, Pahang on the east coast of the Malay Peninsula! Cheers!

Mainly two major airlines that fly direct frequent flights from Singapore to Penang....Singapore airlines and Malaysia Airlines. Check out their respective websites for timetables.
