helluva workout eh?

im so sore right now! My goodness Kitesurfing is a great workout, my back and arms are dead. I just really had my longest session this last weekend. friday saturday and sunday probably 12 hours total on the water... probably more. my arms are dead!

how massive have your forearms become since you started kiting?

they got bigger for sure!

Imagine you live in a place where you can ride daily...then we talk about exhausting!

Just came from the water...currently 2 hrs are max...don't know why I have so little energy...but my tricks are tiring as well, I need a lot of power for those board offs!
