Kite comparisons wanted - Rev, Cult, Rise

Postby alienPNW » Thu Mar 06, 2008 12:33 am

I am considering three different 2-kite quivers: Slingshot Rev 9/13m, Naish Cult 9/12m, and Ocean Rodeo Rise Venturi 8/12m (all 2008 models). Does anyone have experience riding these that can offer some constructive comparisons?

I weigh between 200-210, have 130cm and 147cm twin tips, plus a small strapped surfboard as a possible lightwind option. I will mostly ride in The Gorge and the Oregon coast. This will be my second season kiting.

Thanks in advance.

I love my rises 10m and 12m. Super fast, stable, powerful and built really well. These kites are all so good i'm sure you'll be pumped about any of them. I don't personally like the SS bar.

So, one vote for OR everything just works well.
