The job includes helping at the bar/restaurant, the hotel, the kite school, managing clients needs and keeping things going.
Spanish language, people skills, and bar/restaurant experience required. Room and partial board provided.
Long hours and low pay, but the return is that you're living on the beach and having a great life. Everyone is expected to kite every day.
