what bindings should i get if i want a good hold down but i ride in pretty choppy water

Any boots will do!

Have had a bunch of different kinds over the past few years.

All have great hold down in chop compared to any strap on the market.

Torqs are the easiest in/out and are great for those just getting into boots.

Super cush ride.

Escalades are about as sweet as anything out there and mount on any board.
