I have an old 7.5m Naish AR5.
Its totally usable except for heavy bar pressure and slow turning (turns slower than my '05 12m C kite).
Are there any mods or things I can change to increase its turning speed? I was all excited when I first flew it thinking it would be quick and zippy, then I found out it flew like a pig on quaaludes
lots of power tho!
Anyways thanks for the help.

I question how much room there is at my local beaches for a guy named Bozo with an AR5 on a pulley bar.

LOL I was wondering if you're the same "Bozo" that I've seen on the local forums. I don't suppose you got the kite off a guy named Greg? My friend Greg used to have one of these, the LE edge plug wasn't attached to the strut, and the last time I launched him my hand brushed the plug causing it to shoot off and deflate. I'm glad it happened otherwise he might've lost his leading edge halfway across the Columbia River. If this is the same exact kite you may want to watch out for this Anyhow, I'll look for the guy flyin' an AR5 at Squish.
All the best!

haha, ya thats me. Ya the kite has another problem where the valve plug doesnt have anything holding it in (and no stopper ball or anything). So when I lent it to a friend to try out and he crashed it, the plug popped out! Gotta find a solution to that one as well....
