Hello there,
I'm 70kg and I used to have Rhino 07 12 and Rebel 07 09.
I sold both of them and now I got only Rebel 08 10 which is great.
Obviuolsy in the low end I'd like to have something bigger but the question is : How much is fun riding below 13 kts ? After that the kite starts pushing and I can see I'm having the same performances of other friends riding the RBL 12m. Consider they weight 10 or 20 kg more than me.
The high end is really great, more than 25 kts I'd say, but from this point on I'd like to have a 7m.
Enjoy.

I weight about the same (~145 / 66kg) and have the 10m2 as my largest.

Rebel is quite good kite for it's low end and the profile takes just a little away from the top. So if that size will be your only kite I would go the 10m2. 10m2 is much nicer for our weights when the wind picks up to 18knots or over. 25knots with 12m2 and our weight would be too much survival with high risks. Also if you have more days over 14-15knots than under it the difference between 10m2 and 12m2 is quite small.

Of course there is lost some low end compared to 12m2, but with skill and good board you will get upwind in about average of 12knots and gusts on top of that. You will not get huge airs in 12-13knots, but you can refine the timing of the jumps to be ready for the big days and I think Rebel jumps better in it's low end than most of the kites.

Depends on how much of the time wind is closer to 12kts or 25kts. I'm 150 lbs, custom board 129X38. Over last year rode 08 12M 125 days in winds 10kts - 25kts, with 70% below 15kts. At 15kts and above 08 Rebel 9M rocks. With 12M you can still have fun even below 12kts, which is a lot better than sitting on the beach drinking beer and watching the girls.

I am 83kgs ride a airrush converse 6'2" surfboard and i went for a quiver of 08 in sizes 14, 10 and 7.

In the uk we get varied winds and i ride from 12 Kts to 37Kts.

I went for the 10 as i tried the 12 and 9 and found the size suited me for the best sweet spot ie. 16 kts plus.

For waves the 10 does it

No doubts, go for the 10mts. I´ve one and love it. I weight 90 kgs and use it from 15 to 34+, with no problem.
