Kiting Plymouth
Does anyone know the regulations on Kiting Plymouth, MA - Long Beach? I know that there are some restrictions with the P. Plovers, but don't know what is and is not allowed in this area. All I can find is a 200 yard kite rule from any nesting plovers, but there is no listing on how to locate these nests.
