The final round of 2008 kite tests from SBC Kiteboard magazine's test team are now online. This past April the SBC test team hit the beaches of Cape Hatteras, North Carolina, to uncover new trends and performance characteristics of 12 different kite models and an assortment of boards. Our formidable seven-person team was well represented in all disciplines, styles and ability levels. After a slow start, with two days of torrential rain and lightning, the wind and sun appeared. Our team was up to the task, logging more than 100 collective hours of on-water testing in winds ranging from 10 to 25 knots.
