I have tried most of the board sport but mainly came from a Wakeboard background I didn't have access to a boat anymore and I was desperate to still get time on the water. When I first saw kitesurfing I though it looked shit! (Just lots of stupid dangles) But got the chance to have a go on some mates gear and immediately realized the potential that was in 04.

no! only when about 6 years old...pulling on an adult sail...when managed, falling back in backwards...I was never gliding...so I skipped it...doesn't look like I missed something ;-)

Ha ha! No I don't think you did.
I am surprised though I presumed you came from that sort of sport back ground.

no, did a bit of skiing, snowboarding and many times of handball, tennis and golf.
But I always loved the water! But never found "my" thing...until I saw a kite video in 2000...hooked since then! :thumb:

Ski,
Snowboarding,
some windsurfing,
some sailing,
a bit of wakeboarding,
roller blade,
One day of surfing and I decided that waiting 10 minutes in the water looking at waves was not my idea of fun.
