I definately wouldnt say its the Rev, as this kite works with board speed and in light winds, you gona be going fairly slow anyway!
As for the others i dont know apart from the Bandit!
I have the 13m Bandit and its unreal for light winds mate!
Ive been going upwind in 12mph which is amazing for a 13m kite imo!

Just my opinion!

Hard one to call this. Usually you'd say a high aspect kite such as a Rhino or the massively high-ar Flysurfer Speed. I was going to buy a 16.5 WildThing2 as it's much like the Rhino, but then had a 12m Da Vinci BAT on loan. Ok, it's got this mad 'low wind optimised' bat shape, but it's essentially quite a fat hybrid kite.
Been blown away by the bottom end though - was riding when the smallest other kite on the water was a15m. Hence I've gone for a 15m version of it, hoping it's going to be a light wind monster!

I think that kites like big Waroos and other bows are starting to change the conventional idea of a low wind kite. However, it seems that some hybrids/bows prefer low winds and some high - I've yet to hear of one that excels in both.

Still wouldn't mind a 19m FS Silverarrow though. :)

If low end is what matters most, get a R8. It beats all above easily.
And what do you want from low end: just cruising or actually do something?

Cabrinha Contra 14m2, maybe not the fastest turning kite, but you go upwind when everyone else walks up the beach.

I already have a Rebel 08 10mts, but i want a kite that covers the hole from 12 to 17 knots. I weight 90 kgrs. Do you think a rebel 14mts or a rhino would be a good choice? TKS
