Wind Range

I know these charts don't mean much, but was just trying to concentrate as much "official" information about wind range among different kites and brands in one place. Specially, the new 2009 kites.

I'm starting to collecting the information, but many I couldn't find. Ie: Naish If you could help, it would be grate.

No pimps and bashes please.

Yeah .. that was useful back in the days I used to carry several kites to the beach ..

Nowadays I look around and pump whatever I feel to be the right size , then I normally stay out during my entire session with that kite ... between 1 and 2 hours ( depending on the water & winds conditions off course ) .

The wind has to go down or up so badly that I have no other choice to : either finish my session or change kites , but most of the times I just swap boards ..

But then to say that x size kite starts from x wind knots is purely a question or personal taste / experience / wind & water conditions and not to forget board size .

So ... no .. I stopped paying attention to wind range charts several yeas ago ...


But for whoever still needs them ... nice work !!

everyone has its own range...and I'm sure if you take the time to look at it, all 12m kites will have the same range +-1 knot...

And don't waste your time, just wait few more weeks, and you will find those info online.
Whatever is missing then, you can still add, that would be a big help.
