Do you mean the one run by the French out of Hurghada that goes north to the islands on a wooden cruiser yacht?
If it is it's good. Great adventure
Best bits:
A different place every day
Long, long downwinders to the next island
Lots of wind
Flat water in the lee of islands
Snorkelling when the dolphins turned up
Dolphin kebabs later that day
Wonderful sights and sounds amid the reefs and islands
Almost totally alone
Not so good bits:
All the crew smoke
Poor food hygiene
Stuck on a smallish boat for a week
No waves

Check out Red Sea Zone, El Gouna.
Overnight trips out to the Islands, Multiple nights up two two weeks.
Or get a group together and get your own boat, 8-24 people.
It is amazing spots out there and the wind is normally stronger and more stabile than back at the shore.
If you are interested in a boat just mail me on

Take care
Chris

No need to be worried about the security in Egypt in the places you are likely to be kiting. That group were in the desert down near the Sudan border, dodgy at the best of times.
Hotels on the Red Sea usually have guards and the roads have regular checkpoints.
The kite safari details are here, (beautiful boat).
