Your in the middle of seasons right now so you may or may not get wind.

Other option is Australia, the dollar is dirt cheep (think pesso cheep) and where starting to get our seabreezes.

North Peru is amazing right now! It is not Asia, but right now everyday has wind from 18 to 24knts, amazing wave kiting, and some good choppy water fun stuff. Also, it is pretty culturally diverse, so the experience is great also.

Great for the wife and kids. Pool that is right on the beach. you can launch right in front.
