I cannot read Italian, but it looks like it is for inflating car tyres. There are lots of those, but the volume of air is totally insufficient for inflating a kite (unless you get to the beach about 6 hours earlier).

It does not take that long , I have one similar at home, it took around 15 minutes to pump up a 17m I used to have ..... the only problem was .... it was f*** noisy .

Walmart sells a rechargeable "Coleman" pump for $20. One charge pumps up a 17 about 3 times. I usually lay a sandbag next to the leading edge and let the pump do most of the work while I lay out my lines. The pump will only get a couple PSI's into your kite, so you will have to pump the last few PSI's yourself. It basically just shaves off 5-10 minutes of your set-up time. Nice to have for the bigger kites .

The Colemans are the best ones for sure and only 20 bux (located in the camping section)
Leave the valve attachments off (as shown in the pic) hold it against the DEFLATE valve and its much faster and can pump up a ton of kites. (20 or more?) The small hole attachments slow it way down, takes longer, and kills the battery much faster.
Do this and it will stay charged for a very long time!

I know Italian...

It says it's good for cannotti... that means small infatable boats.
Should work for a kite based on this.
