North Rebel or Bandit Dos?

Postby Supersonic » Thu Apr 30, 2009 3:19 pm

Hi all,

I've been riding last year the North Rebel 08, The Bandit and Vegas08.
I did a lot of freeriding, wave and old skool. I love the smoth handling of the rebel and the bandit. The vegas was a fun kite for me too since im used to fly with C-kites. Now im thinking about to going for kiteloops, raleys and stuff. the kite im looking for is 14sqm. I still like to do mostly freeriding combined with new skool tricks and sometimes wave.

Any suggestion which one i should go for?

Second question: the last years i rented only kites. Now its time to buy some. The last kite i ownded was a toro 2 16sqm and a 12sqm.. how are the new sizes compared to this ones to have the same wind ranges more or less?

Get a 13m HadlowPro, I don't work for Flexi or anything I just fucking love my kite :D Great unhooked new school and looping and sick boosting. Will be more powerful than your 16 toro but you can hold it down in as much wind as the 12m Toro as well.

Depends weather you want to stick with the C, if not here are a few kites to look at that will give you great low end in 12ms to replace your 16m and they will offer you everthing the C kite offers.

12 m RPM
12m RRD OBSESSION
12M WAIMAN RABBIT BOSS - Dont under-estimate the power of a 12m Rabbit!!

these are the best 3 kites i have had the oppertunity to use recently in Hybrid, if you want to go with the kite that gives you the Most C shape Feel go with the RPM is a sick kite.

if i were you i would go for a Bandit Dos 12m. it's amazing at wave riding, unhooked and old school.
because you like all disciplines then the Bandit Dos is the obvious choice.
