I Agree :thumb:
Also if your plane was delayed, your conecting flight should wait for your boarding.
Getting tired of it because happens a lot recently.
It should be also illegal to wait more than half an hour before take off & after landing
Also if you wait more than an hour for claiming your baggage, should be no no :nono:
Typically at Miami International you wait 1.5 hours at American Air. Bullsh!t
If you have transfer bag they shouldn't loose it and arriving your baggage 1 -2 days later,
like recently happened to me in a year going to Beijing, Tokio, Aachen.
Appears to me its getting worst to put up with all this crap with the airlines.
Where is technology :?:
Looks like they can shove it to their ass :!:

and the plaintiff would be the World Authority of ... you know what...? :)

edit: but seriously, at least in europe every country has a some kind of consumer rights organisations. it is not fair to charge kite gear bag when same size same weight golf gear bag is for free. and freshly elected european MP's could start their job with correcting this injustice. at least previous parliament did some improvements in compensating luggage losses and flight delays.

Although there are frivolous lawsuits in the US, this does seem to have merit. I have to thank that in this country I do have the right to complain about something that exploits me as a passenger. The result of the lawsuit should not be money back, as happens in other class action suits. They pay up, and then continue charging you after losing or settling the lawsuit. If golf bags and weapon cases don't pay extra fees, then we shouldn't have to either. The result should be a uniform rule and passenger right so that no airline can feel free to exploit its passengers.

Great idea, lets finish off the already bankrupt airlines, then only uber rich people can afford to fly and the rest of us will travel in style by boat or train...
