Changing the 2009 Cabrinha bar to the 2010?

Do any of you guys know if it is possible to buy the parts and change the 09 Cabrinha bar to the 2010 set up with the IDS line running through the mainline? I like the cleaner look of the 2010.

If so what parts would I have to buy? Thanks for any help.

Hi Kosh,
Its probably easier to get information from you than Cabrinha. Is the hole in the centre of the 2009 bar big enough to take the 2010 powerline OK?

I have put together a list of products that you can purchase in order to "upgrade" a 2009 powerdrive IDS control system to the 2010 model that has the IDS landing line going through the depower mainline. If this "kit" is of interest to you, you will need to purchase the following items in the following quantities and also purchase a 1m line set from http://www.fixmykite.com/shop/proddetai ... d=cab1mext. You must put these 1m extensions on the 2009 rear flying lines to make the kit work. These are the parts you need from Cabrinha (all available in the USA at http://www.cabrinhakites.com):

KS0CENTLE X 1
KS0IDLDT X 1
KS0IDLDLG X 1
KS0DEPMLE X 1
KS0CASIDS - OR - KS0CASTAT X 1

ronnie: I don't see how it is possible to get a second line inside the tube on my 2009 bar....the 2010 got an additional chamber.

I meant the hole in the 2009 bar, not the plastic tubing round the powerline.

Cab Driver may have supplied the answer I was looking for though.

I'm not interested in "below the bar" IDS improvements,
but desire the latest revision of your "stopper" set-up.

How about a parts list/package for someone wishing to upgrade
their 2009 IDS bar to 2010, but using the Pro Kit?

If you want to upgrade a 2009 stock control system to a 2010 with Pro Bar Upgrade Kit, then you will need:

1 x KS0PRUGKT
1 x KS0CENTLE
1 x KS0CASIDS or 1 x KS0CASTAT
1 x KS0DEPMLE

I'm interested in upgrading my 2009 IDS bar with the new single line through the bar (like the 2010 model).

I added the price of parts in the list above and the price comes to $227!!

I hear rumours a upgrade kit might be available soon from Cabrinha that includes all necessary parts (at a cheaper price I hope). Any truth to that?
