Help with LE bladder LF Havoc 08 One pump valve

Postby marroc » Mon Dec 14, 2009 11:35 pm

I just replaced my LE bladder on my Havoc 08. an i had a problem re-attaching the "Stem" or whatever its called, Its the black piece that goes over the 9m Valve on the LE, that connects to the one pump tube that goes to the strut.
i tried attaching a line thew it and on the valve to pull it threw but i did not want to hurt the valve.
Any advice? trick tips?

cheers

use packing tape instead of the line

thanks. the packing tape worked alot better. The new airtime valves were a bit different than the stock LF ones. so it took a bit of work an a lil hand soap to get them on correctly.
are these black stem pieces important? can you fly without one if you loss one?

you can use cabelties instead as well. just make sure that the sharp cutted ends point away from the cloth.
