Yes the new Shadow's foam structure makes The Shadow an Ultra Light harness and the new exterior outline with flex edges allows more mobility without sacrificing comfort. The harness was vary soft in comparison and seemed to mold to your back nicely. There’s some more information on the shadow at http://www.kiteboarding.com/proddetail.asp?prod=mystic%5F2010%5Fshadow

this sounds more like marketing speech.

i wonder why all the pictures of new harnesses always come in back view? i mean how am i gonna decide whether i want it or not if i have not seen its front view?

i guess i'll wait for any reviews for half a year and then i'll have the pictures and some information about whether the paint is pealing off like it did on this season's harnesses...

A few more shots would be nice......... there was a few angles you've missed there :D

Looks nice.

Whats the feel like on compared to other mystic harnesses like warrior? Did you have something like the warrior beforehand?

Whats the crack with the spreader bar ejection? Ive heard mixed reports saying its crap and hard to push with cold fingers? Is this true or is that the first one and its better now?

Thanks for the photos. Looks great, but I also wonder about the seat-belt clicker release for the spreader bar. A super light-weight harness would be really nice for travelling when you are trying to watch the weight of your bag.

B-MAN - i took more photos than that but decided to limit myself  I've never owned a mystic harness before, my last harness was a Naish Elite and tried the Best harness several times, but both of them is beaten by this one when it comes to comfort and support around the back.. In other words this is a really nice harness.. as for the clickerbar i can confirm that it's quite hard to push in - not tried it in real life with cold fingers yet..

ThickAir - It is really light and it seems well made considering the weight.. but only time will tell

Marc - Get one :D it's really nice and comfy, no hard edges or places that press in the wrong places..

regards mike

Throw some of this on your clicker, it helps everything stay degunked.
