Worlds longest and hardest kite race started on Varanger peninsula Thursday 15 of April.

The race is a team competition with two persons on each team. This year we have 16 teams from 7 nations participating. Each team will kite a distances (air) 180 km from Berlevaag to Vardoe.

The race will be organized in in three days and the kiters have to supplies for 5 days in the arctic winter.
