I think I have all the concepts down... be lit, send it hard and fast, pop just before the kite gives you the huge yank. I haven't gone higher than 10 feet max. What is the most important thing for boosting huge? Do I just have to learn how to ride even faster controlled?

You dont need to send it hard and fast. If your lit and riding fast just keep it at 10 and send to 1 or vice versa. Load your board up just before you send and right before the pinnacle of the send you pop. You also want to sheet in your bar nicely and then right before the peak sheet out and resend your kite back in the direction you want to go.
Some kites need beter timing then others Speed and a good load up help in big air. Good luck. Its a good feeling (and scary) once you get it right.

What is the best technique for loading? Do you just resist until the last second then spring off your back leg or do you try and cut as hard upwind as possible at the last second? Also do you bear downwind as the kite is going across the window to get more of a pop (like popping for wakestyle)?

Loading and sending your kite powered is very important. A lot of people send their kite agressively but depowered, then pull in on the bar at take off. This works, but will not get you the highest jumps.
What is most important (in my opinion) is sending the kite with power. Not fully sheeted in but not sheeted out either. A good way to practice this is to pull your stopper ball down, little by little. It forces you to load or edge against the kite keeping more power in the kite.
Like posted above, you don't need to send it hard and fast, especially when your learning to go big. Start with controlled smaller jumps, the big ones will follow.
Smooth, consistent landings will be the next thing to work on.

Dann this is the best thing anyone has told me, if true
! I always depower the bar as much as I can when the kite is getting sent through the power zone because I thought since it flies faster depowered that I could turn that speed into power when I finally pull in at the last second.

go fast and more downwind. send the kite back, and when it flies over the zenith, pull the bar in and edge hard. While you pull the bar make sure to pull a bit more with the forehand so the kite goes back to the zenith.
- make sure to not fly it back too far. Exactly at the zenith pull it.
- go fast and aim for a little kicker, wave etc.

If you are riding with the bar out you might have too big a kite. You go bigger with the right size and small kites with plenty of wind are easier than big kites with only moderate wind.
I get good results from:
- line up a point to launch from (either a flat spot between chop or a wave face)
- head slightly downwind to build up speed.
- have the kite between 1-2.
This next bit happens in about half a second (ie. in sequence but almost all at the same time)
- sink down into your board with your knees bent.
- pull back and in to send your kite
- straighten your legs and pop forward and over your rail

Certain kites also have more lifts than other: I ride different kites and i find that the Switchblade 4 (I ride a 6 sqm) has an amazing lift capacity (NB: I am not a Cab shareholder!).

violent wind, fast as light speed and holding edge by the skin of your teeth then edge even harder , 6 foot kicker, violent kitebar turn from kite real low, pull in bar very hard and very fast
one of teh main keys is to time the top of the kicker with a huge gust - bity of luck involved - but on teh opther hand you can wait for the next kicker to line this up..
