I have worn out my 2009 Cabrinha seat harness.
What would people recommend to replace.
I have got to go for seat as i have tried the waist harness (Cabrinha 2010 deluxe) and it just kills my back.
Choice
Ocean Rodeo Session 2 waist seat hybrid
Cabrinha 2010 deluxe seat harness
Thanks for your help!

You might also want to consider boardshorts harness .... i've used to have the seat harness and move to the liquid force boardshorts a bit more freedom around the legs... check the dakine, ion and the liquid force...

Do they last well? Like I say I have to take strain off the back. In the season i am usually kitin 3-4 times a week so thing wear pretty hard!
Thanks

The OR Session Harness is more a waist harness with leg straps. That is to say it sits high like other waist harnesses. So if a high harness kills you back you need to go for a dedicated seat harness. I like the Mystic Force Shield Seat but that is just me.

I moved from seat to Ocean Rodeo session 2. I could'nt try it out but liked the look of it and the good feedback online. Luckily it fitted great. I tried it without the leg strops and never refitted them. Don't do any jumps yet so I suppose I am not taxing the thing. Never rides up or gives me any other grief so it works for me. Seems very well made. Only thing is the hook knife position. It would be hard to get at it in a hurry so I put a gerber river shorty at the front. I would give this one a try if you can.

I vote for the Naish Balance seat harness. I had a Nitrous for over a year. It starting breaking after a year's use. The Naish Balance has all the good attributes of the Nitrous and none of the bad. You can take it off after a session. It has better support distributed across a wider area of the harness rather than just the straps. It is built better. And, it is soft fabric, like the Nitrous instead of the plastic molded shell feel of the Storm.

Mine came with a bar at no extra charge.

The Ocean Rodeo Session -2 is what I'm using now from the Da Kine halfling waist/seat which fell apart and wasn't very comfortable compared
the Session-2 has a sort of chinese handkuff situation
where it gets tighter instead of riding up
My back always gets sore from the first few days
but much less so with this harness
