Plan on doing a Raley and S-Bend this year......I hope.
How much weight do you place on your back foot right before you Pop?
And do you push and let go or keep your foot extended?
Thanks

all of it then none of it
Have find with Raley's n S's the best pop comes if i have managed to lay back as far as possible before release, but you have to do this quickly or your just slowing down board speed rather than loading the lines.
Flatten off board and bear off a little to gain speed and momentum, then load quickly then release and and spring off the water trampoline style.
Lower kite - try to maintain pressure on the forward hand to keep kite heading in same direction, if you release back hand if you feel the kite heading higher and starting loft you through the jump.
luv

Hello "
LanBro",
FarQueLot is correct about how to proceed to pop and go into a Raley or S-bend.
Also make sure your hands are very close to each other, they need to be touching the CL line, and keep your kite low. The lowest the better and look for a chop to take off from but don't use your kite.
Good luck.
