Newbie from phx az.
I just bought a used kite (north 5th element 14). It came without a bar and I wanted help on picking one for it. Would any bar work or would I have to use a 5th element bar for it? I got the kite for under 100 and don't want to pay 400 for a 5th element control bar. I had a slingshot fuel 17 before and never got to use it in water, this time I will. Any help is appreciated.

I actually ended up getting a Cabrinha nitro 12, how good or bad of a kite would this be? any inputs??

Flew into Sky Harbor a couple times in past month and kept seeing Tempe Town lake on approach. Anybody ever kite there? You would have to stay between the power poles (lol) but looks like more than enough space for some 'urban' kiting!
