i need the help of any kiters in the singapore, hongkong area to see if any of the below information sounds familiar.

i had a recent sale oversees that has turned bad and was allegedly paid for using a stolen credit card. no need for info regarding how to prevent this. this guy was quite good and got past my normal radar. we talked via emails for weeks to determine the right gear, so he's a kiteboarder without a doubt.
