Lost - Axis Directional - Rodanthe Pier on Hatteras Island

Postby FLandOBX » Fri Oct 09, 2015 12:19 am

My buddy lost his Axis kitesurf board on October 6 in gnarly conditions near the Rodanthe Pier. Wind was from NNE so the board probably made landfall to the south (Waves, Salvo or beyond). Please contact Mike or Nick at Kitty Hawk Kites in Rodanthe. 252-987-2297.

Check out the pawn shop in Buxton too. Kiteboards/surfboards are subject to marine salvage law and people sell the found boards to the pawnshop who resells them. More than a few people have found their boards there. You may have to buy the board back if you want. Tough cheese but thems the rules

Good to know, duckman. Thanks. Never been in that pawn shop, but now I have a reason to go. :thumb:
