Kiteboard 4 Kids: Cabarete, Dominican Republic : Feb 19 - 21, 2009

Kiteboarding 4 Kids is a fantastic new charity fundraising event being held this February in the kiteboarding capital of the world- Cabarete , Dominican Republic in which all proceeds will go towards the benefit of 3 local charities. This unique event will bring together passionate kiteboarders from all backgrounds and abilities and allow them to challenge themselves both physically and mentally in three planned events.

Laurel Eastman- a champion kiteboarder, kite school owner and long time Cabarete resident commented on the importance of this event: "As kiteboarders, Cabarete gives us so much in terms of fantastic wind, friendly faces and warm safe waters- this is our chance to give back. By helping to make sure the children of the North Coast are healthy, educated, and loved we can ensure a great future for the communities here."
