I will be going to DR the last week in June. I have been to Cabarate before and I like it there. But, I think there are other kitespots in DR that are nice too. I remember seen some in this forum but I can not find the topic. I think that even Toby made a one of the KF-TV shows from there....looked like a flatwater spot!

I went to an event on Samana, the village is called Las Terrenas...that you should check out for sure.
