Just wanted to say a big thanks to the lovely people at flysurfer.
So, here the whole story. Just before christmas, was laying out my P4 when a big friendly dog came jumping up and desided to use me chicken loop as a chew toy.
Well the PU piping on the loop was a bit biten but the rope inside was all good. But here's the good bit, try to see if i could just buy the chewed loop, and flysurfer have sent me a whole new chicken loop, free of charge!!!!!!

I thought only eclipse had the 'even if your dog eats it' guarantee, maybe it is becoming the new standard to attain.
