What kind of exercises do u do to make your body stronger (knees, ankles)??

need to keep the muscles attached to the knee balanced and strong, so deadlift, front squat, straight legged deadlift
able-bodied males be able to work up to around 300lbs/130kg deadlift fairly quickly
