North Rebel 7 or 8 m

I'm trying to work out what size Rebel for my sis-in-law, she's a good tidy kiter 125lbs, usually she uses a 124 TT board. We want her to be powered by say 22-23 kts and at 30 heading back to the beach. The kite we have is a 2007 7m which seems lacking low end so we're wondering on ranges and hi vs low end on the 8''s 9's or newer Rebels. TIA.

Hi, I am on the 2011 6 and 8's this year. I would suggest she go to a 6m. I am 170 lbs and pretty much full lit having a blast lit up at 21 knots on the 8 and I am wanting off the water at around 23 knots. It has more power by far than a 3 year old 9m. The 6 for me is great from 21 to 30 and full on ripping me at 35 knots. She's light compared to me so I would suggest she would love the 6m.
