Yea I've already sent an email to that address (waiting for a reply), however that is an international address. It shouldn't be so hard to find a representative in the UK. I haven't got a fault with my kites, Its not a major issue and not worth bothering my local shop about it. I would just like to speak to someone who might have information about the problem I am experiencing.

I'm not going to start a slagging match on this forum, so I will keep the issue to myself for now.
