Since I went to strapless riding I find myself no longer interested in TT riding. Wakestyle riding is fun but hard on the body. Stoke on learning strapless new tricks. Can't wait to get out on the water.
Anybody feel the same? Love to hear some strapless stoke.

Happy to hear your TT will become a dusty coffee table that you may have to "swiffer"
Where you TT riding in waves and figured out it made no sense anymore?
Strapless on a directional surfboard in waves feels sooooooo good !
Keep in mind to "keep it fresh" so after a while of strapless surf to give straps a shot also
There will be a time and a place for both
Master both ways because getting big giant air is still what got all of us into kiting

Personally I like a little bit of everything. I have realized (looong time ago) I will never be a pro, so it doesn';t matter how good or bad I am, there is no need for me to specialize in anything. I ride directionals...strapped, unstrapped, tt with boots, bindingings or nothing...raceboard, foilboard...whatever goes.
To me it is all good.

Nice feeling is tacking out through heavy storm surf: when 2 waves are coming at you close together, punt off the 1st one, suck it up and barely clear the 2nd one (touching down lightly on the back of it). Ahhhhhh! Or when you are coming up short and hence going to burn hard into an oncoming face you ditch the board and it's sitting right there waiting for you. Nice! But the best is, (after 33 years of getting pummelled by massive whitewater surfing), when theres a little mini-swell before the big thick one and you sprock off the ramp and skim right over an exploding Maytag. Feel free to claim loudly and maybe give it the finger upon landing successfully beyond it. I'll bet Ian does lien grab back-rolls over the gaps like that. How would that feel?
