Very interesting. Sure, there is a law of diminishing returns for big kites, but still, SIZE does matter. A 21m kite will get you going earlier than an 18 or 19m kite - any kite. I wouldn't be surprised if this kite blows ALL other light wind kites out of the water. 18m Dyno and 19m Edge watch out - there's a new player in town! It won't have much top end... but then, who cares; for those who are into light wind kiting, it's all about squeezing as much as you can out of the low end.
Before ram lovers start getting excited about that statement: The 21m Flysurfer has significant problems (excessive drag etc) which make it inferior to large light-wind inflatables. Happy to list all the reasons if anyone wants.

My 19m2 Core Riot XR2LW flies really great with 5 struts....
...side by side with V3 in no more than 5 knots...zero problem..no backing down
If the kite is well made and very light it will fly with 5 struts
My 19 is very agile and fast turning for it's size which is a plus in waves where i ride
And i am powered up and going upwind Easy in 8kn (7-8-9kn ) max
So i can imagine this kite (21) will get you going Easy in one knot less (6-7-8kn) max
