Hood River, OR - This weekend brings the 3rd annual KB4girls International Female Kite Week to a close. An initiative from The KB4girls Foundation, the mission of International Female Kite Week is to honor and celebrate women in kite sports.

KB4girls chapter ambassadors from New York to Baja to Australia to Vietnam held events for their local kiteboarding community of women kiters. These lucky ladies enjoyed celebrating together in a challenging, empowering, invigorating and community-building atmosphere.

KB4girls created a fun free photo contest for women everywhere. All women kiters are invited upload their most awesome shots to the website and a winner will be randomly selected to win a brand new Dakine Wahine kiteboarding harness!
