Hi guys,
I need a board to use it strapless in europe conditions so mostly on-shore and light wind conditions
71 kg with with Helix 8 mt
Thinking of new Naish fish 5.8 or 6? Or the new whip north same size
I've ridden the 6'0'' strapless, but the 5'8'' strapped. A lot of fun either way. This years holds better with some speed and through turns, but still super playful and fun. It has channels and wings and gives a lot of love. ..oh and it comes with a travel bag which I think is great.Yoo wrote:Hi guys,

For me personally, yes. I think the 5'8 works, but the 6'0'' will definitely be more surfable in terms of strapless. I weigh hmm, well down to 83kg now...but would you consider the 6'2'' global? Riding that board strapless is a dream..Yoo wrote:Thanx Taut,
better the 6 for strapless use?
sweet...well to say it this way..after using the 5'8'' strapped the past few days in waves from waist to 9 ft on Park 10 and 8 having the best sessions.....I am considering the 6'0'' for strapless fun...I'm guessing the 6'0 will not be as versatile on the high end, but it might be better for the more sloppy days...dunno how to get it past the wife though....Yoo wrote:Actually the low end is very important and I will mostly surf on-shore waves with not much shape and choppy everywhere, rarely I’ll surf good waves and would like to start to surf sometimes without the kite when the wind drops
By the way after long think and your PM I choose Naish for my new sails
