Yeah... nice question.
Im kinda in the same position: I have a set of different F-One, Cabrinha bars...
But i didnt get what is the best solution to get the "bar with ML".
The idea of buying the 15USD "ML kit" (dont forget you will also need North Iron Heart!!! Which is also quite cheap and easy to get)
But the idea of drilling confuses me.
1)Its a SOLID STEEL bar. You need a good machinry... and perfect "target"
2)Its a TUBE... so making 4 holes... wont be an easy task for sure.
Sigh...

Drilling for me is not an issue, im from an engineering background. Just make sure the bar is clamped and start off with a small drill bit (pref new). I just want to make sure the part i drill is all aluminum construction. I have an old north bar but i prefer the grip on my ozone bar, its has a larger diameter. I will transfer iron heart etc from that.

Just remember, that the upper part has a bigger diameter of the hole, and the lower a smaller diameter!!!
