Mmm... I've had a half-dozen sessions on a waist this week, and actually find it as comfortable as a seat - but as uncomfortable in different ways No wedgies is awesome!

I hate the harnesses with seats.... no matter what harness if you have a seat type and get nicely powered 16m in 20kns that thing will be up your ass.

The OR2 is great for this.

I actually have a Session2... but it's j-u-s-t too small.

Dakine is very generous on sizing... just a shame their spreader bars are such crap.

The 2013 Fusion is REALLY bad for the wedgies - 2012 was very comfy, better than 2011 and as good as 2010. Shame the quality on the seats aren't as good...

I find that a 2mm shorty stops the wedgie problem. The reason I wear a seat harness is the 2 major lower back surgeries I have had. A waist harness puts so much torque on my lower back that a 30 minute session leaves me in pain for days. My Mystic has worked well and I am still good after 4 hours on the water. It will need replacing soon. The OR looks interesting I'll have to give it a try.

I have the same problem!

Let us know how it went after you tried it...curious to know!

It will take a few sessions to get it dialed in but once you do let me know what you think.

The quality is great!

One more thing its a bitch to get the strap tight the fist 10 sessions (just wet it) then its loosens up and all is good.

I didn't like seat harness until the back pain stop me going for a kite session. Now I can kite for hours a day without the pain. I use a ION echo with a Dakine slider bar.

Watching this thread with interest as I too are looking to change harness be it seat or waist.

Searching around I noticed this thread regards the durability of the Pat Love Two Go harness and would be interested to know if they ever fixed this problem? viewtopic.php?f=1&t=2367256&start=30

At the moment I am drawn to the Ocean Rodeo Session 2 harness thanks s1buell_wl reviewing it in high regards.

I hate to recommend anything. If you can try one out before you make up your mind do it. But I can tell you the quality is there. I have two years on mine now and I can see another two coming

Harnesses are truly a personally thing.

I have my peeves with the OR2 but nothing is perfect, there is a few threads on here two about other guys reviewing it.

But for me and the way I ride I would buy another that's for sure (actually I have a brand new spare). It takes me 4-6 weeks to get anything here and I have no dealers of anything other than Cab (nice to have some spare parts around)

That I can say with the Fusion! It didn't last 6! After about 4 it was a waist harness lol.

Ok, you know what its going on its second summer so even so its about 1.5y

you kite a little bit more them me lol. If I had the time we would be competing in Ballet! lol
