I got one of these 'rara avis' some months ago. Great kite! Very special feeling on the bar. I used to ride a 14m Fuse as my biggest.

The other day, I was by myself on the beach and I couldn't self launch by letting it drift on the beach. I've had some five lines kites before (Torches and Vegas) and never had a problem using the fifth line and one of the steering lines to launch the kite.
The wind was about 15 knots, so that wasn't the problem.
The kite just wouldn't tip over.
Any tips on how to self launch this mega balloon?

In the end, I hooked it to a heavy sand bag, put it to fly on the edge of the windows and ran to the bar.

I had it too over once, second time ended in a barraca :-)

Now self launch with a hook atached to wood too, now problem.

The kite is still awesome. Progression doesn't stop!
