Many guys get old Dyno 2011s, and don't know the right trim.
You should set the kite to full power when you have the bar all the way down towards you (like its position when you are locked into the microloop).
Then the 5th line should be slightly slack starting from the V.
The 5th line then will be on tension when you depower.
I think there was a problem from production, so they delivered the 5th line about 10-15 cm too short.
Good luck.

HI Tobi,
thanks for bringing this up, thats very helpful.
How do I set the kite to full power when I have the bar all the way down towards? By adjusting anyting on the wing-tipps? Or the briddle?
Thanks for your advise,
Jan

Hey Toby
So I need to add a 10 to 15 cm extension too the middle line? Also can you tell me are you using 25meter lines or 24m?
Thank you

backlines (bar or pigtail) or frontlines (on pigtail).
And then see what the 5th does.

I think my 2012 bar has 25m lines.
Depends Ahmed, just put up the kite and fully power it...what does the 5th do? I think I made a mistake trimming your kite...so check again. When on full power, the 5th should be slightly slack above the V. If not, add 5 cm and check again. Keep repeating it until the 5th is as wanted. I think you should get a bit more performance with it, since if the 5th is too short, you depower the kite more and reduce its performance.

Is that trim just for the high range or it can be used in their lowest range? I don't trim my Kite at all and It can't be flown under 6-7 knots, but North says this Kite starts at 5 knots. I use 25 and 27 mts lines with the 5th element.

The right trim will provide more low end.
5 knots maybe with raceboard and light weight rider.
