I have North trust bar 4 lines - 2015 and I have adapted the kit for "upgrade micro loop 2009-2012" to my bar.
It's not difficult with a little ability to use tools.
I've bought a kit and filed the black tcap with micro hook because it's too fat for go inside the roto head of the chicken loop.
After that, the 2 holes where the 2 set screws (grains) do not match exactly, so you just do one or two new holes.
To mount the micro loop on the bar does not need to make holes, but simply replace the two bolts that hold the center bushing of plastic flowing with the depower rope (front line) with two cross head screws. Just insert the two slots of the micro loop in screws, screw them tight and the screw heads securely holds the micro loop.
This is outstanding - I am attempting to do the same but am wondering how the loop itself is connected to the bar. I see how you have it screwed down, but what is underneath the screws ? Did you add something ? Also, would you mind providing a picture of the front of the bar so I can see the screws. Even better, remove one of the screws so I can see how it is fixed to the bar. Thank you so much !!

Hi,
it is also possible to drill holes into the latest North Bars and integrate the original North Micro Loop. I did it with a 2015 Bar. Of course you still need the old ironheart from 2011/2012 to integrate the hook. Below you find some pictures. Let me know if you have questions or if you want me to customize one for you.
Cheers
Jan
PS: I did try Bagnaras solution but had issues with the lines getting tangeled in the metal screws and plates. One line did even burst...so I did decide to drill holes into a nice carbon bar

Nicely done !! Yes, once I get my new bar in from North I am going to have a friend drill into it so I can do the same. I will post pics once mine is complete. Question - how do you lock in the actual loop? In the one pic, it doesn't look like the little black tabs are poking through the bar so I'm wondering how you have setup the loop so it stays locked into the bar. Many thanks.
Sidebar - I look into this on the clickbar but in looking at the diagrams I don't think drilling would be a good idea since the line runs through the actual bar...this was just a quick glance though so I could be wrong.

On top of the bar you need to drill the hole thicker than below ... this way the plastic parts of the loop get stuck.
Pretty sure it won't work on the click bar!

Hi everyone! Sorry I haven't posted sooner. I've been designing a "universal" micro loop and hook system for a couple of years now (no drilling required), and we're pretty much at the final testing and tweaking stages. As soon as that's done there'll be a crowdfunding campaign, so please let me know what brand bars you want tested the most before we launch!
Cheers!

Great news !! Any recent North trust bar (say 2015 and newer) and of course the North Click bar (either year works - 2017 or 2018). I'm definitely interested.
