Well I still ride an 06 13mtr fuel and all I can say is they rock. If you use the 5th line trim for depower the range and control in gusty conditions is awesome. The 07 13 fuel is the same deal, regarding the torch and vegas, they are both good kites, but the fuel would have better bottom end and top end IMO, and the fuels are light on the bar but you can always tell where the fuel is in the window.

The 5th line trim on the fuels gives alot more tuning for unhooked riding cos it changes the amount of power in the turns, so you can use the depower as well as the 5th line trim to get the fuel feeling the way you want.
With these kites your asking about , can you try any out for yourself ?
Thats what I did last time, and I would do this again before buying anything new cos you cant trust the BS marketing these days.

cannot comment on the other kites, but I know the Vegas06 is an awesome kite and did everything I wanted it to do.
