Rear line attachment line - what is it?

What type of line is this and is it simply line doubled and sewn together - can you buy it anywhere?

It simply looks like an extension to make the backs and fronts equal (when they mate with the lines from the bar) - with knots for additional tuning. Are you missing one?

It would be more helpful if you were to ask; "Where can I get line like this for a XXXXX xM kite?" Thicker line like that is not unusual but the zig-zag machine to secure the loop is not a household machine. You may have to form a knotted loop yourself.
