Well, as there are not much of valuable information on the web I desided to make a step.
I made some detailed floating and standing kicker plans from my knowledge for all the riders out there.
There are all the materials enumerate ready to go to hardware shop and buy without thinking.

We need more hard stuff around the whole world to play.
