Best places to Kiteboard in Mexico in December (winter)?

Hey Everyone,

Where are the best places to kite in Mexico in the winter time? I would like mostly flat, shallow water to practice tricks. Waves wouldn't be bad but prefer the latter. Would like prefer wind 15-25mph and warm water

Please let me know the details on websites, hotel/ travel costs, food, and entertainment. I really appreciate your help!

Fly to Cancun. Rent a car. Go to Isla Blanca. Look for Ikarus kiteboarding club. You can find rooms and warm flat water. Just make sure there is wind in December.
